At ORAYLIS, we deliver on our promise of regular advanced training. Indeed, training represents approximately 10 to 15 per cent of work time. With the ORAYLIS Campus, we offer an extensive seminar programme which provides ongoing training to every employee in the newest technologies, project conversion and customer contact. In this way, we can guarantee optimum consultation provision in the rapidly growing Business Intelligence industry.
From technology to soft skills
The Campus service comprises different components. It consists of technical and methodical training courses which are carried out by our own consultants - external sources with similar levels of expertise are hard to find. This element of the Campus includes specialist seminars on SQL, SSIS, Data Integration and Master Data Management. Another element of the Campus is Soft Skills. We invite ever more experienced speakers to train our staff in negotiation expertise, rhetoric and conflict management. Another important element is the regular Microsoft Certification, which has contributed to our achievement of Gold Status within this technological environment. Online training via a renowned video portal rounds out the various training courses on offer. So at ORAYLIS, everyone has the opportunity to continually develop in accordance with one's strengths and aptitude.
In addition to the ORAYLIS Campus curriculum, we invite our employees to the ORAYLIS academy on a quarterly basis. The entire team meets for a lively exchange of practical experiences. Individual employees have the opportunity to investigate a topic in a more in-depth manner and present their findings, reporting in detail on specific projects.
The annual highlight of the Academy series is a stay abroad for several days. These trips provide an opportunity for us to combine work and play in a relaxed environment and further strengthen our "We Feeling".
